Being a puppet!
A slave knows the chains by which they are bound.
A slave is aware that the will of the master may not be the will of the slave.
A slave’s will is the fire of rebellion that burns forever in the hearts of masters and slaves alike. As such there is always tension between the two.
On the other hand, a puppet have no will except the will of the master.
A puppet is oblivious to the strings that binds and move them.
A puppet’s awareness is not one that is self conscious.
It is this utter lack of awareness that makes a puppet worst than being a slave.
Make no mistake, neither is free – both are trapped and under subjugation – but, to be oblivious of your trapper is a much worst state of being.

Thank you. I appreciate the clarification. The controlling class will always exist. We just need to stay on guard, because the nets are large and effective. Many have fallen prey and have been subjugated, subverted , controlled. Today there might not be “slavery”, since its presentation is more obvious. Puppetry is the modernized version, the practical version; slavery might be too hard to conceal. It would be embarrassing.
But the puppeteers are active, very active. Watch, be vigilant.
